You can change or return products in these cases:

1) if you receive different products from the one you ordered
2) if you receive a defective product
3) if you wish to exchange a product you received, for personal reasons that is not defective.

Product changes or returns for online orders within Greece can be completed in 14 days from the day you received the parcel.

For any other country, changes or returns for online orders can be completed within 14 days from the date you received the parcel.

To complete a product change, products must be in their original condition and packaging, they must not be worn, adjusted or washed and they must have their tag and barcode on them.

Returned goods must necessarily be accompanied by the receipt, which will be enclosed within the returning package.

If you wish a product change:

In cases 1 & 2 you can ship the order via Geniki Taxydromiki and ELTA and AMHOMECOLLECTION will undertake the full transfer cost.

In case 3, the shipping cost burdens the customer. The new order will have to be of the same or higher value than the one it replaces.

In case the new order is of a higher value, the freight collect as well as the difference that will occur, exclusively burden the customer.

Especially for case 3 the return of the products can be done by Geniki Taxydromiki and ELTA Courier at the recipient’s expense. This service has an extra cost of 2€, which you can pay during the delivery of the new product you will choose. In case you choose any other shipping company, you will have to undertake the whole shipping cost.

If you wish for refund:

In cases 1 & 2 you can ship the order via Geniki Taxydromiki and ELTA Courier and the shipping cost exclusively burdens the ‘CHATZISAVVA SAV. ALEXANDRA’

In case 3, the shipping cost burdens the customer. You can complete your shipment via any company you wish and you will have to cover the shipping cost.

You have the right to get a full or partial refund within 14 days from the date the order is received. In case the cash on delivery service has been selected for the order, the fee for this additional service exclusively burdens the customer.
